The location proved ideal. It was close to malls. Breakfast had varied options, more than adequate for a fulfilling start to the day. The staff was always willing to assist with a smile. I felt very welcomed.

the superior double room felt spacious for two people clean space was a wonderful sight. i found friendly faces during check-in and check-out a true delight. city square jb stood just beside the hotel making shopping easy. the jb ciq was also a short walk away about five minutes convenient.
the television offered only local channels all in malay language i wished for more variety

i noticed the staff were very attentive assisting with any inquiries. the check-in process was swift and smooth. they provided clear guidance and support making my arrival easy and stress-free.
